- If you missed the entrance, make a left turn at the first and come back again to the main intersection. At the traffic light, please take a full left.

🚗Parking Spot, 🔑Key Locker and 🏠Apartment

In the video below, you will find all the instructions on how to enter the underground parking and the apartment, but we will also leave them simplified as text under the video:

As soon as you enter, do not take the first right, but continue a bit towards the barrier on the right that leads to the underground parking.
When you are in front of the barrier, call +40 750 410 276 to raise the barrier.
If there are any problems, you can always call us at (+40 750 405 325 or +40 767 712 733).
As you go down into the parking, take the first left, then the first left again, and in front you will see parking spot 295.
After you park, on the right wall, there are 2 key lockers. In the upper one (code 0502), you will find the tag to enter the building and the key to the apartment door.
Use the apartment door key only if the smart handle doesn't work and only after we have spoken on the phone beforehand, I kindly ask you.
You will find in the apartment, in the hallway, the remote control that raises the barriers for entering and exiting the underground parking.
The code for the door to enter the apartment is XXXXXXX.

🔓 Smart locker and parking remote

The door automatically locks after 30 minutes or if you press the centre of the smart handle.
The door is locked when the white circle is complete.
To open the door from the inside, press the centre of the smart handle, and when the circle is not complete, it means the door is open.
Please make sure to pull the door firmly when you exit.
The door will automatically lock in 30 minutes or immediately if you press the erase button on the exterior pad.
In the house, in the hallway, you will find the tags that open the door at the building entrance and the place where the garbage is disposed of.
The blue remote control is for entering and exiting the underground parking.
Please use the apartment key only if the smart handle doesn't work and only after we have spoken on the phone beforehand.

🛋️Sofa lines and ☕beverages

Inside the sofa, you will find the bed linens.
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need, including the coffee machine and a kettle for tea.
